Because of your generosity the amount we raised exceeded the goal of $200,000 we set to support our organization’s projects. Your donation will greatly assist in funding our mission, to provide essential support and guidance to individuals and families affected by spinal cord injuries in the greater San Diego County.

Eric Northbook and the HeadNorth Foundation Receive the Hope and Freedom Award.

San Diego, CA (July 30th , 2007)—Eric Northbrook, founder of the HeadNorth Foundation, a San Diego-based nonprofit foundation that exists to enhance the quality of life for people faced with the daily challenges of a spinal cord injury, will receive the Hope and Freedom Award from the Ability Center on August 23 at the Ability Center of San Diego, located at 4797 Ruffner Street.

HeadNorth Foundation Presents $50,000 Check to UCSD’s Center for Neural Repair

San Diego, CA (Aug 6, 2007)—HeadNorth Foundation, a San Diego-based nonprofit foundation that exists to enhance the quality of life for people faced with the daily challenges of a spinal cord injury, presented a check for $50,000 to the Center for Neural Repair’s Spinal Cord Regeneration Research Program, part of the School of Medicine of UCSD, on July 19.
